National League System Cup 2003-2004
A competition for leagues at level 4 in the National League System. This is the first new men's competition organised by the FA since 1975, and only the second FA competition, behind the FA Challenge Cup, to have European qualification. The winners will be entered into the UEFA Regions' Cup.
